Shipping policy

Most in-stock orders ship within 3–5 business days, often sooner. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Custom soap orders generally require 30–45 days before shipping to allow time for preparation, production and curing.

These timeframes cover order preparation. Carrier transit time is additional.
